When Skolkovo Foundation came into being to promote R&D activities across all industries, Evanti grasped this opportunity to boost its innovative potential and extend its business. To receive a grant, we offered our traffic management solution (Smart Market) designed to improve QoE (quality of end-user experience) and resolve a range of other typical problems of wireless providers.
To implement Smart Market, Evanti obtained 1.4m USD from Skolkovo and embarked on the project. Currently it is being successfully implemented as a part of the company long-term innovative strategy.
In its bid Evanti indicated key problems of the market: QoE optimization in constrained channels and maximization of the last mile infrastructure. Instead of approaching these challenges in a purely technological manner, Evanti suggested using state-of-art concepts of behavioral economics and of the game theory.
